Our Very Special "Be Our Guest" Speaker will be …
Wayne McGonigal
a Horticulturalist with over 30 years of in-the-field experience in a wide variety of plant related roles.
Wayne moved to Orlando from St. Louis in 1989 to start a career with the Walt Disney Company. Roles for Disney have ranged from the Land Pavilion at Epcot, to Gardener in the Parks, and currently is a part-time facilitator for the Disney Institute, where he has worked since 1995.
Wayne is also add very knowledgeable on Disney Christmas history and will touching on it in his talk. I believe he also will be bringing some Disney Christmas artifacts.
He is currently the owner of Horticultural Ideas, a "Garden Personality" company, focusing on small-scale residential landscapes in the Orlando area.
Also our October 22 World Chapter meeting will also have a Halloween Costume Contest so wear your spookiest and scariest and coolest costumes.
Effective January 1, 2011, we will be starting an old program used by the NFFC. Any member in good standing that brings in five NEW members will receive their next year’s renewal for free. Renewing members do NOT quality as NEW members. (this of course does not have to be done in one meeting!).
Annual World Chapter Dues are $20.00
Mailing newsletters remains $5.00 Annually
